Stratica International has a all sales are final policy, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange at this time. If there are imperfections in your product please email us at info@straticainternational.com and we will deal with the situation case by case.
Domestic Shipments: Domestic shipments are processed via UPS Ground Signature Confirmation Required. Once you receive your tracking number please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update on the UPS Site. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit Stratica International is not responsible. In the event that this happens please contact customer service and we will help you file a claim with UPS.
International Shipments: Duties, Taxes, and custom fees are NOT covered in the cost of shipping charges implemented on Straticainternational.com. All international shipments are processed via UPS Expedited shipping. Once you receive your tracking number please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update on the UPS Site. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit Stratica International is not responsible.
