Once you receive your tracking number please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update on the UPS Site. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit Stratica International is not responsible. In the event that this happens please contact customer service and we will help you file a claim with UPS. 

International Shipments: Duties, Taxes, and customs fees are covered in the cost of shipping charges implemented on Straticainternational.com by Zonos services. All international shipments are processed via UPS Expedited shipping. Once you receive your tracking number please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update on the UPS Site.
